I'm Katelyn Ehrhardt, operations manager at Chabert Insurance: The Ehrhardt Agency. I keep our two offices running smoothly so our agents can focus on you. From behind the scenes, I make sure requests move quickly, paperwork is right, and every client gets a smooth experience across our Mandeville and New Orleans locations.


I manage the day-to-day operations, systems, and support that hold the agency together. When something needs to get done right, I make sure it happens and that nothing falls through the cracks.


What I care about most is helping our team take great care of the people we serve. When you work with Chabert Insurance, I help make the experience easy from start to finish.
