I'm Ken Ehrhardt, customer service manager and licensed agent at Chabert Insurance: The Ehrhardt Agency. I help clients across Louisiana and Mississippi take care of their policies after the sale — answering questions, making changes, and guiding them through claims. Because we are independent, I can look across many carriers to keep your coverage right as your life changes.


I lead our customer service team and make sure every client gets a quick, helpful answer. Whether you need to add a car, update your home, or file a claim, I stay on it until it is handled the right way.
